Has anyone tried to order a helmet from NXT Helmets?
I placed an order in may of 2006 they keep saying that it will ship within 10 days still no helmet
keep sending e-mails and leaving voice mails and haven't had a response in 2 months.
Just curious if anybody else has been dealing with NXT Helmets.
yes they did trying to get in touch with them to get my refund
Probably S**T OUT OF LUCK
THATS WHY I HATE ORDERING OFF OF THE NET
Now have different credit card so can't even get the card company to refund the charges because the account dosen't exist no more.
I heard at one point they were on backorder. I love my Nexl, but got it off of ebay. I'd be screaming mad if I ordered it last May and it wasn't on my head yet. [:@]
last year i bought one form them, same deal after 3 weeks i cancelled order and bought it from jpcycles and had it in three days. the helmet is great!! super light worth every dollar.
JP CYCLES don't carry them anymore Yes by the way i'm really ticked off its not even the fact of the money just want the helmet but can't find them anywhere everyone says they are on back order for at least 6-8 weeks. If anybody knows where you can get them let me know THANKS!
I Have a helmet I ordered thru NXT last year, I am very happy with it. My brother suggested carbonfiberhelmets.com, I orderd it last wednesday and it was there on friday. I have to say I like this helmet a lot better than the NEXL one. It feels much lighter and it is a little slimmer than the NEXL. It's pricey, but it's DOT approved and it is by far the lowest profile DOT helmet I have ever found. It comes with three sets of padding so you can get the perfect fit as well.
I placed an order with carbon fiber helmets will be here tomorrow.
NXT did call me back finally said it was shipping out this one is for my wife we see if it ships.
