Just another solution for the blow-by problem. I took some vacuum hose and fitted it into the opening of the hollow bolts on the heads leading into the breather back plate. Angeled the hoses down and around the filter cover joining them with a hollow elbow.Connected both of them. Ran one hose out the back plate and down. I did have to grind down the protrusions on the filter that fit over the vacuum hoses at an angle where they werenewly placed into the ends of the hollow bolts.
I ran 2 rubber tubes down to a filter under the S&S carb. Clean it once a week, problem solved. If the oil is exccesive Check your oil return line If it is restricted the oil would pool a lot more in the heads..Mark...
hello. I have already written a post, but I have not still resolved the problem; also I have tried in the forum some other post, but I have not found it. I have a sporty 883L/2005, with SEII exhaust and S&S air filter with K&N filter. although I have mounted a crankcase breather kit, continuous oil to having loss of fuel (green color) under the air filter. as I can resolve? thanks. hello. excused the interference (and the English not much correcting), I do not know if I have mistaken something, but creed that the question is correlated to the post.
