Stage one etc.
Could someone briefly explain what stage one, and stage two etc. is. This is my fourth bike, the first three were metric, so I'm learning a lot. Harley was on the bucket list, finally got one! 65 and still riding.

Yes, stage one is pretty much upgraded air cleaner, some type of exhaust, and mild carb re-jet, or tuner if you have EFI. Also called "paying taxes" by some (some weird association with EPA rules, I guess), and similar to the quaint and cutesy "oil bag" reference to the oil tank. Totally cool lingo, can you dig it?
As far as stage two to infinity, who knows?
