Ok guys what EXACTLY is a stage one upgrade?

I consider stage 1 high flow air cleaner, mufflers and ECM flash.

Stage 1 usually means a change in 3 things, intake air flow, exhaust, and fuel mixture. There are several choices in each of those 3 areas. For instance, you might choose a Power Commander or a Fuelpak over a dealer flash, an Arlen Ness breather over a Screamin Eagle breather, etc...

Ok thought that was it. As far as the dollars, thanks to this forum I've bought everything in the classifed section at pretty much half price or less.

I could not have said it better! But the opther posters are dead on for sure...Intake, Slip-ons and either a flash or add on like a PC-V or the like!
