sorry about all the posts, it's sunday though and my one day to work on my bike. I ordered chrome levers on ebay and they did not come with instructions. the brake side seems easy, but does anybody know how to change the clutch side?
Use adjustment assembly(follow cable down to 1/2 way point between lever and tranny).
Pull back protective boot and loosen adjustment till slack.
Pull pin attached to cable.
Pull pin behind cable pin to release lever(held in by c-ring on bottom)
reverse and repeat.
When adjusting clutch back- I prefer 1/16"-1/8" play in lever- thus clutch is not constantly engauged causing wear on plate.
