Well I should get my bike backfriday,I am havingmotor gaskets and seals did,was leaking a lil oil and driving me crazy.I am also replacing handle bars,bigger tank, seat ,sissybar ,saddlebags,windshield and fork mount signal lights all of witch I am doing myself.Anyway,The question I have is when the mechanic called to update me ,he says you know you have a (stroker motor).I'm like, whats that ,he said basicly I had a hotrod.I know it has a 1200 big bore kit and andrews cam ,but hes says it was alot bigger than a 1200.does this sound right and does anybody know or have a stroker motor on their bike?

Could be an 88in stoker, that would be good

It cost alot of $$$$ to have one built.

Stroker means that somone increased the stroke on your motor. That's really expensive to do. Strocker's will have a lot of torque, but they won't be able to rev very high.

stock bore 3.50 inches stock stroke 3.13/16 inches in fact . This means that a stock sportster motor is already stroked as they say. If you had a longer stroked motor you would know it . There would be tons of torque. Maybe a 1250 kit ..Mark...
