So what's your opinion Rooter? Do the mirrors make a big difference? I suffer from the Harley vibration problem when trying to see behind me, especially at highway speeds (i.e I can tell that something's back there, but the view is not clear). I put these mirrors on my shopping list when I first got my bike, but sort of forgot about them. Are they worth the $ in your opinion?? Does the split vision make a difference??
I two suffer from the vibration as well as not seeing whats behind me very well. The sporty came with custom mirrors when purchased and I think I will purchase stock mirrors with the long stem. Is it possible to reduce the vibration of the mirrors by putting a foam disc athe the base of the mirror where it is mounted to the lever bracket? Does anyone have a solution for the vibration issue?

I don't find vibration to be a problem with these mirrors. Like stock mirrors, you have to
"fine tune" these mirrors, once set I find them to be better than stock mirrors.
The split vision is great as it gives you a much wider rear vision.
They are not cheap,$160.00 Canadian!
