2012 Iron will not start Please HELP!

Back to the drawing board. Got the new battery and now it will not even turn over for the 2 to 3 seconds. I don't have the security system but is there something that may need to be reset. I read some had a password issue but I think that would only be for the security. At this point in time I am so lost. I really don't want to have to take it to the stealers but it's looking like I'm gonna have to otherwise I may as well put the bike away for the winter. No one thinks it has anything to do with the original problem (neutral switch)

I'm hoping if I bump this thread up to the top someone might read it that knows what the issue is. I also have a question, there are 2 relays a system relay and a starter relay. What would I expect to happen if they go bad, like how would the bike be acting. I'm sure if the starter went the bike wouldn't want to start how about the system one.
