When she cut me off, it was to go to Rite-aid (drug store), she pulled in the parking lot, drove around to the other side of the lot, and parked.....No F'n clue I was on the ground. A couple ladies came running over scream "are you ok baby??!?!"
I shouted "Yea..." and started to get up to go after the SUV..
"You stay there sugar, We'll go get them!"
I was crackin up....
So at least that brought a smile to face while i picked my bike up off the road. There was 5 or 6 people that saw the whole thing and stuck around till the cops showed up.HAHAHAHAHAH love them kinda ladies. Did they ever get the lady that cut you off? Sorry to hear about the wreck at least you lived through it and the bike has some minor issues (although expensive)

im not injured...been to the doc, and everything is good....let the insurance companies deal with it....if they dont , then ill lawyer up!

the only check i will take out of their hand is if its close to 8k
but we shall see....long process.....would be quicker if it wasnt a third party claim.

Lost my '79 Sporty 1200C last year. Ins company tried to low ball me based off of NADA.com. I lawyered up and gave them a quote of my own based on aftermarket customised parts added to the bike. I got more than what I paid for it but not as much as I put in it. Good luck!
