So, I took my '14 Iron in yesterday for it's first 1000mi service. Rode 13 miles home and everything seemed fine. Went out this morning and the bike would not start. (Missed a great day to ride!)
Hit the run button and I get a much higher pitch whine then before. The start button just gets me a clicking sound.
Obviously, I will be calling the dealer tomorrow. Any ideas what the problem might be?
Thanks
The higher pitch whine when you hit run button is something many of us have experienced and nothing to worry about. Unless you just want them to fix it I would save yourself some time and check the battery connections as others have mentioned. Good luck!
Haven't delved into the the mechanics of the the bike too much
yet, but I'll pull the seat and see what I can see. Still will call dealer and let them know. Not a good first experience!
Thanks
