That's the point of buying a new bike. To get dealer backup. Ring and ask them. They also like your feedback...

It's brand new, it's not supposed to leak anything. YET
Not until after the warranty expires.

Looks to be a plug that is installed after they machined that oil gallery. Part of case machining process.

I think its a one way vent of some sort. I had a similar assy at work and took it apart to check it out. Looks like a vent for a port under a diaphram.

Vent assy?

This. When the drill the block for the oil galleys, they often have to plug a hole they've created. The most common way of doing this is to press a ball bearing into the material, and then peen over the ball bearing to hold it in place. That is a manufacturing defect and it needs to go back to the dealership so they can notify HD about it.

On a phone but appears oil came from wind blowing off hose. Run a clean white cloth under the hose barb.

Also not unusual to see weeping on a new bike on that black powder coat finish around bolt heads and washers. Wash it off with some dish soap and hot water. See if it comes back.
