I am having a 195 55 16 installed on my 14 Ultra Classic. I hope it clears the trailer hitch. If not i see Hankook's Ventus V2 Concept2 has a 4 1/2 star rating out of 5 for $77 from Tire Rack. I will go that route instead of grinding the trailer hitch down a bit.
Has anyone run the 185 series on their motorcycle yet? Did you / do you like it?

I've never used that tire, but it won't be too small. It should work fine for you.

Hopefully the 195 will work out for you.
