I'm an idiot. You can only edit the manual list. I was trying to edit one of the auto lists. I'll make the above parameters are included in the manual list, run a few catalogs and post up here with a copy of my map for review since I don't have the slightest clue what to look for.
The first most basic thing to look at is having the AFF (Long Term Fuel Trims) as close to 100 everywhere as you can. Most of this part is done with Autotunes at this point. I prefer to verify this part with engine tuning software. Once you have that nailed down, then it is just a matter of changing the AFR Target table to what you really want the motor to run.
If your bike has knock detection, looking at that is the next step.
It is fairly simple.

One last question... I didn't see anything labeled inj pw. I'm assuming that is the same as injector duty cycle, which is expressed in percent. Am I correct in that assumption?
