Other than putting on those heat reflectors, I'm not sure what can be done about rear cylinder heat.
Simple test to prove if the heat reflector works or not for you....
Fashion a shield from cardboard that will go across the frame and cover the open area between the gas tank and the seat on either side.
Put a slot in the cardboard for the tongue of the seat to go through and hold it in place.
You will know immediately after a short ride in the heat of the day if the reflector/shield works. If it works buy the type (leather or plastic) of your choice.

Also gonna have the tuner look at it again too to. Could just be the normal heat from the 103's, but it just seems hotter since the tune!
