Hey guys i have a 16 RGS and I am getting ready for winter mods. I'm going to run Vance and Hines power dual header and RCX 4.5" mufflers. And some kind of A/C. My question is what is a good tuner not just for that but in future I'm doing cams and motor work. Thanks
I forgot about that one. It's used quite a bit around here and most seem to like it. It does have some limitations compared to the others, but may be all you need. Sounds like you're planning some major mods so you'll want all the flexibility you can get.
I've got the Powervision and Target Tune. It appears the Autotune Pro module with wideband O2 sensors has been superseded by Target Tune. Had it not been I would have recommend skipping the Autotune Pro module and going with Target Tune (In addition to auto tuning with widebands, it also gives you the ability to run full time close loop with the widebands).
Anyway... Can't speak to the other tuners. Concerning the PV (and Target Tune), I give it two thumbs up.

I did quite a bit of research prior to getting a FP3 and I think to certain point that's a bit of a misconception. They all handle basically the same areas of adjustment. Honestly the thing that swayed me in the end was ease of use and being able to use my existing equipment to operate it. Had the Power Vision been Mac compatible, I may gone with it, but so far Vance & Hines customer service has been excellent.
I run an FP3 on my '14 Slim and have no complaints. It is relatively simple to use and has the flexibility I need. But, I am not doing any crazy or heavy mods either.
I went the FP3 route mostly for budget and simplistic use. I knew I didn't really want to pay to have my bike dyno-tuned. I am not overly obsessed with go-fast. I just like to putt.
If I was really looking at higher performance, and I knew that was my goal, I'd find a local tuner and find out what they like the best.
