Back to the original question. I heard the PCV's for the 2018+ bilked do no include O2 sensor eliminators. If that's the case, how would this work in closed loop mode w/o throwing errors?

actually it can and does through its communication with the Moco. some tuners like the TTS uses something different in the code (please don;t ask me to be more specific as I am not that comuter Savy, but Steve Cole could explain it if you really want to know). if the bike is plugged in with a non stock claibration, it picks it up. I am unaware of any different tool that HD uses for warranty claims. a Powercommander or any other piggy back tuner won't leave any trace evidence as that data never flows back into the ecm.
