This BHR is supposed to be phenomenal. Ok fine. AND supposedly Jimmy Buffet (and others) would make a trip to BHR specifically for their LOBSTER with MAC 'n CHEESE which is acclaimed (at least by my dentist) as the WORLD BEST sammich.

1. I do not see this sandwich of the menu.
2. Does anyone know abt THAT sandwich the BHR menu? Maybe seasonal? But I think they are only open seasonal???

RIGHT! Yuck-o.............NO comparison. None. Zip. Zippo. If u want GOOD boston lobstah then Kelly's Landing in Ft. Lauderdale is the place. THEY are from Boston and overnight lobstahs right in. AND they can prep them REALLY WELL!

If u ever get to go there, be sure to sit at the bar. They are packed typically and u can get a seat quicker at the bar AND they have Guinness. THAT is living it up.

Mind you chaps, I was born/brought up in Boston and the area and ate my share of lobstah, cohoags, etc.... with the best of them.

Isn't Maine where they drown the lobster in mayonnaise and slap it on a toasted bun?

 

I’ve had much Caribbean Lobstah. Grilled over a fire in a 1/2 drum. Typically the wood was whatever washed ashore. Other than not having claws it’s pretty damn good.

But, on a trip to Boston to see Jimmy Buffet with some friends. We stumbled upon the most awesome lobster rolls. See picture:

I can not speak for the sandwich in question, but Blue Heaven is a must stop for us every time we visit the Keys. I believe our last one week visit had us having dinner there twice. My wife loves the Key Lime pie.
