I recently moved to Florida from Michigan, can anyone who’s in Florida recommend a good dealership to work with?
I’m in Jacksonville, I was quoted pretty high today on a fat boy and I’m going to start looking around.
thanks in advance for any input!
Definitely shop around I've seen prices vary greatly. Also have you considered buying a slightly used bike from a private party? I think you will save the most there. Dealers are still overcharging even though the market is dropping. Best bet would be to buy preowned from a private party now.
Really?? It seems that most preowned private party bike owners feel that their special ride is worth more than retail lately from what I've seen in my search for a Road King in Florida.

.
The people that want too much are simply the people that paid way too much and are upside down on their bike now unfortunately. I'm selling my Road King Special below retail price.
If you're in Jax and new to the area...I'm going to recommend you run up I-95 and take a look at Savannah HD, just to see what they might have that interest's you.
I don't have any connection to them, other than stopping in a few times over the years on road trips up '95. Seemed like good folks.
Point is...make a broad search, including pre-owned and be patient.

I found a dealer in Sanford, FL called Seminole harley, they sold me the bike I wanted at msrp plus the tax title and whatever.
I second the suggestion made by guido4198 to check out Seminole Harley in Sandford. They are a volume dealer and you get good pricing there. They tend to give better deals during Bike Week in March...at least that was fmy experiece. Saved a bundle in 19 when I purchased my SGS.
I third the suggestion for Seminole. I have bought 3 bikes from them over the last year. Stay away from Orlando Harley. They wanted $20K for a new '22 Street Bob and I walked right out.
