Here's an idea, why not have Murph (the GP), or whoever, post at the top of the thread who is in charge of what. For example, the Bar B Q will be Saturday at 8:00 PM, prepay should be sent to _____. Shirts can be pre-ordered with a PM to _____, _______ will have FL Crew patches for those that want to purchase, _______ will be in charge of orginizing the GPS programing for the rides. Just an idea and it might solve searching the whole thread for the info that most will be looking for.
I've got such a grin on my face right now, but youre right kimbo. We have mentioned doing that earlier, let's put it into action.
There should be some sort of prepay collection going if we are going to cater (safer than riding out half drunk) even though it does blow our freeform rally bigger than ever expected. But safety is a priority.
I don't know, Murph~ With the recent wave of new members joining us here... I'm thinkin we'll be taking up the whole place this year~ Will there be a discount available on the rooms this year, as well?
That will be no problem. I just gave her a number to start. She can add more later. The rooms are $49.00 each. Just like last year.

Please don't make catering plans until we can at least check on this one ok?
No problem. Just let me know what you come up with. I'll wait to post anything in the OP until we finalize it.

Just an idea, please don't shoot the sender
Great idea Kimbo. Who ever wants to add their name in the blanks, I will post the whole list in the OP....
So who wants to do the BBQ, GPS, Shirts, Patches, or band (don't forget about the band).
As for the routes, I think we talked about having a list for everyone to sign up. If I can get some routes early enough, I can print up a couple of maps of each route. This way, if someone wants to do their own ride, and do not have a GPS, they have something as a guide. Just a thought.
