11-20-09 Update
Well gang, ya all suck. Wow what a great rally (that I missed). I watched your videos and have looked at all the pictures (I think, LOL). Looks like you had perfect weather, and the food looked yummy. I really hated missing Ocala #3.
As stated before, I've been busy. Patti and I put an offer down on a place we picked out. The deal played all the games, having to re-offer twice before getting signatures to stick. My new loan application is cooking at the credit union, and my fingers are crossed that the appraisal will come in where it needs to be.
Everything is final with our house in Palm Coast, our buyer is a disabled Veteran doing a VA loan. His loan has come out of underwriting and we are locked-in to a Nov 30th closing. We are renting-back our PC home until December 16th.
I am trying to close (up here) on Dec 14th, moving in on the 16th. (that's a long story).
I'll post some pics of the house when I know I have "green lights" and smooth sailing after appraisal. My loan is approved and all the fees have been computed. My loan won't go into underwriting until they get the appraisal back.
I will keep everybody updated.

Paul, I cant tell you how happy I am that things are working out for you as hoped. I know how stressful it can be. I went through the same thing when moving from Phoenix to Florida. Let me know when you are all settled in brother and I'll take a ride up there to see you.

O.K..... The last instalment for this thread is news & sharing about PoorBoy's new digs.
I have finalized on the deal, and the bank has given me a commitment for the loan. I go to closing on Monday (Dec 14th), with Patti and the pups and our furniture arriving on Wednesday, Dec 16th.
My place is in Cherokee County, about 36 miles north of downtown Atlanta. We are surrounded by hills and horse ranches. The little sub-division I'm in has 36 homes and not much of an association. All the homes in here sit on one acre properties, so we are not too crunched-in either.
Here's some pics:
Mine's on the left. Note the wrap-around driveway, plus 4-plank & hog wire fenced-in back yard.
The door you see here under the car-port section of the deck is being replaced with a 5 foot wide garage door (just for motorcycle parking in the heated basement).
This is looking at the other-side of the door (from photo above) where we will park motorcycles.

Cheers everyone. In a couple of months we'll have everything setup for folks to stop by/stay over. Please consider this a safe-haven for the Florida Crew, maybe we'll call it Outpost Way_The_F**K_North_Florida. Heeeeee heeeeeee heeeeee.
