I was going to suggest the speed sensor, seen that posted numerous times on the fix-it-yourself sction. But it's the dealers worry now, good thing about warranties. Makes ya wonder though, all the trouble with a new scoot-maybe I don't feel so bad.

If steve does 100mph when nobody is around, did he really go 100mph?

HD just called, bike is ready. Your were all right, it was everything you clowns mentioned.

Oil leak was a plug near the filter
They could not reproduce the Cruise Control issue
Test ride did not show any abnormal sounds on the front wheel

Dave my brother...WTF did you do? hit a tree willst out communing with the mud last weekend...frannigan pins are an intregal part in the HD machine we all love so well....it's just that they are so reliable most people are unaware of them...and while blinker fluid and muffler bearings are both known to have HIGH failure rates, most of that can be attributed to poor maintenance habits by the owners......sheesh >>> tsk tsk

That sounds like a typical visit to an HD service department. It guarantees, you will be back, and back, and back again.

They probably cleared any DTC's that may have been stored, but next time it happens, check them yourself before taking the bike in.
