Yup... bought my 09 Street Glide from these guys. Funny thing though.... I guess I was working too good of a deal because my sales-person quit the day Dale & I showed up to actually see what we'd been "dealing" over the phone about.
I had the Sales Manager (I think) take over my deal (which wasn't quite as good as the day before).
My only "complaint" (read: annoyance) was that the dealership took a long time to "prep" my bike. We were there for hours after everything was signed.
I bought my road king there last November and it seems like the sales and maintenance has been real easy to get along with and they try to do everything I ask.
This is the first bike I have bought from a dealer, all the rest have been used from an individule,,, but I would give them two thumbs up.
I've had nothing but good experiences with them. Sales and service, both top notch and most importantly, no BS. When they say they will do something, they live up to it.
I have my service done there, but when I purchased my 08 Ultra they gave me a price but then the next day the price went up $1500. I will say since then I think the management has changed hands twice. Yes, the sales guys rotate in and out of that place all the time. You walk in there, meet someone, and then a couple months you are at a different dealer and there is the same guy. Everyone seems to like them, and I will say they do take care of me when I am having my service done.
