How about saddling up from the right side of the bike, this way you only lift your left leg over the seat. That is if you can bear all the weight on your right leg..? I know it's a hard habit to break but with a good purpose.

Well if you remember Phil he broke my left hip to so it is really harder to get the left leg up than the right. At least my right hip in intact so it bends better. This is just a temporary problem and it is easy enough to accomplish, it just takes a while is all. Like with all things related to my recovery, every time I do it it gets easier.
