Was sittin around yesterday wondering what to do. The weather was threatening rain all day long. JD, Carolyn, Dennis, and Teri were also threatenin to head on over this way to grab a burger along the Gulf Coast. They finally did show up just after noonish.. about an hour or so ahead of the rains. WTF... we headed out for a burger anyhow. Had a nice ride up the coast and enjoyed some grubage at the Bayport Inn. No sooner did we get done scarfin it all down did the black clouds come rolling in. We quickly cashed out and boogied to the Hess to top off the bikes. Then it came.. and it came down hard and fast. Lookin at the radar, we figured we could sit it out about 15 minutes and then there would be enough of a break to get back to our place anyhow. Yeah... riiiight! We went for it and got soaked right down to the bone! Not wanting to subject our Florida Crew brethren to the horrific weather ahead, Brenda opened up her home, and I.. my garage, to our guest and made a night of it. That was the most bikes I've packed into the garage at one time thus far. we figured we had plenty of room for at least two more even! Chef Dennis cooked up a great chicken dinner... and Brenda followed it up this morning with a fine breakfast to get everyone up a going. Then we rolled out the bikes.. fired 'em up and headed out in much better weather. JD and Carolynn broke off at I75 and headed south bound for home. Brenda and I led Dennis and Teri on through Z'hills down to 39, where they could head on to 60 and head back home. Hopefully eveyone should be arriving safely very soon. Good times... thanks for a great weekend!

Yes it was a great weekend. Thanks to Dave and Carolyn for putting us up on Sat. and Greg and Brenda last night. I used garlic rosemary and thyme for the chicken.
We hit rain in Yeehaw junction and the sky opened up in Fellsmere. When is the next ride?
