Whoa, what a morning! Woke up kinda frisky and knew I had a couple new, fancy rubbers I wanted to try. Jen was off work too! Grabbed the first one and away we went! Wrestling, sweating, screaming and hollering. I was tearing that thing UP! About wore me out, but I knew I had one more, might as well give it a try! Same thing, except it was a helluva lot tougher this time. Not as young as I once was, but perseverance payed off! After stroking, prying, sweating, slapping, and using plenty of lube I was able to complete round two as well. With the second one finished I stood back to admire my handy work...... My new Dunlop E3 tires look mighty fine.
Hope I didn't wake Jennifer while I was out in the garage getting it on, twice!

I hand mounted an E3 before. I will bet big money that it won't happen again. EVER. LOL They have the toughest side walls on this planet!
(Thus the high load rating).

Yea, I had mounted the previous set of E3's as well. The rear tire is MUCH easier than the front (but that is still not saying much!). That front is a real mother!
Naw. If you caught a glimpse of these bologna peels Matthew you would know it was not premature, lol. 27,000 on the front, 22,000 on the back tire. Front may have had a few miles left, but I had not had fresh rubber on both the front and rear since I bought the bike new. Handles so sweet when both are new!
