Great job Paul, I wish I had something to add but I think it has all been said. Thanks to Dave and Carol also for helping out. What a great crew!

Guys.... thanks for the complements, and I promise not to inhale them. (in other words I'm not letting this or any other kudos go to my head).

I guess, in a way, I proved what the Florida Crew means to me; what each and every one of you mean to me. Same sediment to my Georgia Crew. The people who are part of my life MEAN something to me. Its just that simple.

In hindsight I think it is a good idea to get something posted as soon as possible after any sort of mishap that would involve the need for any sort of assistance. We should get it up here on our Florida Crew Section. Scrambling for resources, looking for volunteers, passing the hat, etc can all take time. The sooner we can all get notified the quicker we can respond AS A TEAM.

Hugs everyone!
I am not sure if this is a good idea but maybe if the crew travels over 500 miles or a certain distance with a certain number of riders someone needs to volunteer to drive there pickup truck as a support vehicle. Everyone could help offset the cost of the person driving there vehicle as far as gas. That is something i would support. If you break down or are in a accident then we would have a way to transport one or two bikes back home. Someone could get sick also and not be able to drive there bike home. If we needed to rent a trailer then someone could pick up a u-haul close to where its needed. Just an idea.

Is a good shot of you Paulie.... I know you were one tired puppy.

Very happy everything turned out well. Paul and Dale did a good thing and all the accolades are well deserved.

Wiz out...

I dont have time to read this thread, but it scared the $h!t outta me when I read accident. Knowing everyone is okay, before I read further another time let me just say That is truely remarkable if Paul! I thought the story dale was telling was some sort of riddle because that is just un-heard of, i mean c'mon! really?

Then, ya know the "crew" cam through.. Way to go settin the bar for the crew paul. My hat hgoes off to you brother.

I like it!
This just may be within my range, as I'm not sure of my riding status and am trading my car (ready to die) for a light duty truck. I still wanna be with Muh Bois! We can discuss it when the time comes.
Something I was going to be doing anyways in a cage, now the truck would be even more useful.

OK....whose pick-up? Who will drive the pick up? Who pays for the pick up when IT breaks down?
These things are played by EAR. I do not see a support vehicle every time we ride.
I have a pick-up AND a trailer. God bless PAUL for doing what he did, but I am not
able to just travel three states on a phone call.
We put alot of faith in one another, which is cool. But if I get a call from Georgia saying 'Come get me...", MAN!...I might have to work that day.
You might call Dale, he might call me to borrow my truck...he might take responsibilty for my truck (1997 F-150 over 128K miles),
I just don't see a support vehicle on most rides.
I plan going to Texas...some FL Crew to Arizona next year.
I'm a H.O.G. member, State Farm insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, cell phone and a credit card is what I got.
My pick up will not be going.

Chuck

Well can't add much to saluting Paul that's not been said.. Think he knows I love him like a brother .. Him and Dale were the first FL Crew members I met for real .. Paul was a FL Crew member then, and far as I am concerned he still is ... By the way this truck is available to any FL Crew member that needs something that can pull 8,000 lbs and it does it well, Just Call Me ..
