Question What to do next?

Went out yesterday to take a quick ride and bike wouldn' start. Hit the start button, and heard the starter relay click then nothing. Everything else is working normally, checked all the connections and the battery. It all seems OK. The manual says to start doing things likechecking the continuity and all that. That's out of my comfort zone, I don't do electricity, I get shocked changing a light bulb. Should I pull the starter and have it checked? Or is there something else I should do first?

Agreed. Definitely sounds like a bad battery.

Get a New battery or put it on the charger/tender.

Start by checking the battery. Or have it checked. If it is the battery, Batterymart sells the exact same battery as HD does. Different label and half the price. $93.00 shipped to your door.

Have you tried switching out the relay switches? The one for the brake lights and the starter look the same and are under your left side cover. They are the big square ones. Switch the two out and try it if the battery checks out. Make sure that whoever checks the battery "checks it under a load". Battery may appear fine without a load on it but still be no good.

Dude - NEVER jump your bike w/car...one of the easiest ways to fry things. Get a trickle charger & battery tender to maintain.

Did it start? And how old is the battery?

Thanks Dave I didnt know the relays could be interchanged I will give it a shot. No it did not start when I tried to jump it. Same thing, the relay clicks open then nothing. No solenoid noise or anything. Not sure how old the battery is, just bought the bike in November there wasnt a date sticker on it or anything. I ride it everyday so I don't think the battery discharged overnight unless I have a different issue, but ya never know. I will get it tested and try swapping out the relays. Thanks for all the advice!
