A friend and I will be leaving from the Melbourne area riding 1A north to HD Roadhouse (Merritt Island) then to No Name Saloon (Edgewater) and possibly to Port Orange, then back.
Sunday 12-16-12 Noon.
Bar hopping, and two wheeling don't mix very well. Just saying....
Just to clarify, both places have good food, a good crowd, lots of bikes and like minded people, good sound systems, pool tables and dart boards. No Name has some card games going on also. They both have outdoor areas, No Name has about an acre with metrics hanging in the trees, a stage (live music sometimes), horseshoes, fire pits and hot BBQ's burning all weekend. Last Sunday I got a 18oz t bone, cooked it myself and played some horseshoes.
Round trip it is about 150 miles, we got back last Sunday about 7 PM. Most of the time is spent riding.
Sorry if the title is misleading, I agree that drinking and driving is a bad idea..but our bar hoppin and two wheeling is a blast!! Come on out.
What time you planning on being at the H&D Roadhouse? I may make a trek down from Daytona, meet you for a ride back.
chuck the mensh
Since no one replied and we did that last weekend. We changed it up, we're heading south on A1 to Earls then wherever.
It would be cool to meet up sometime and ride though, we will definitely be coming your way in February.
