Rider Down

My son had a crash on his bike yesterday and left some skin on the pavement. Nothing is broken and he now has a new respect for a motorcycle.

Was not wearing gloves or long sleeves and won't listen to anyone, unfortunately.
Road rash on both palms totaling about 10 square inches. Right arm from palm to elbow road rash , both knees(he was wearing jeans). Let the healing begin and he realize how dangerous it is that we can never be over confident on two wheels.

These young men in their early twenties , at least my son, thinks they are invincible but in reality us ole farts know better!

Glad he is okay. School of hard knocks. My son is the same way. I'm just so glad your son is okay. Let the healing begain.

A very valuable lesson learned very cheaply. He'll get better and have a new awareness of how unforgiving pavement can be. Be Well!

Ouch, Sorry to hear that Randy. Best wishes and a speedy recovery. Let him know it could of been worse.
