What? this isn't the best 2 out of 3... you had your chance.

Actually I'd be scared for them to play again. I think the Cardinals made some really poor decisions like trying to establish the run, and I'd just about bet if they had another shot they go down field on almost every play and forego the run. As good as that defense was (and I think it was one of the best ever) I'm not sure they could withstand that kind of onslaught. I thought the Steelers would do enough to win but I gave the Cardinals much credit when everyone else was saying it was going to be a blowout won by the Steelers. I predicted they win by 6-10 points and even that was too generous as it turned out (they only won by 4).

hey krwould, what the #$%^& happened to the Steelers run game? Wife and me think Willie sometimes dances a little too much instead of just hitting the hole like Jerome use to do... but that's not always the case. We really need to address the OL this offseason either via FA or the draft.

I don't necessarily agree with that. I like Faneca but thought he was just as resonsible for the horrible play by our OL the last couple of years as anyone else. I personally saw him miss assignments and things and I also thought he had a bit of a chip on his shoulder. YES I kinda understood why but at the same time I thought he should've had a little more professionalism. I could be way waaaaayyyyy off but that's just my opinion. And regardless I still think he was the best G we had so in that regard you're right they probably should've kept him but you can't argue with their decision making either seeing as how they just won the Super Bowl. If this was really stupid or you vehemently disagree just be nice to me and don't beat me up too badly.

thanks... like I said "I may be way waaaayyy off" so I basically admitted I might be wrong. And I also recognized that he was our best G.

I'm just not sure he was worth was he was asking? And, like I also said, you can't argue with their decision to let him go since we just won the Super Bowl without him.
