thanks... like I said "I may be way waaaayyy off" so I basically admitted I might be wrong. And I also recognized that he was our best G.
I'm just not sure he was worth was he was asking? And, like I also said, you can't argue with their decision to let him go since we just won the Super Bowl without him.
I think he opened the game up for ***** if ya watch some film!!!
Nice pictures pensa! That was great. I turned on ESPN today and they were showing something totally unrelated to the Steelers... can you believe the nerve We need at least the whole month to celebrate

lol
sounds like they need to be smacked around alittle bit.
I don't care who else wears a helmet in this world, but I hope Ben does if he is still ridin, I'm just sayin..
I'm glad he was able to come back, I thought they rushed him after the wreck and other surgery, I think they should have let Batch play until he screwed up a couple games and let him rest. I think he came back too soon, wasn't able to make it happen yet, and his confidence suffered. He's not perfect, but who is? I just think we could have had a better season the previous season, and we're fortunate they were able to regroup as a team and see this through.
What a season, what a playoff, what a game! As far as the OL goes, I gotta give em credit for the big game, not a bad performance in my opinion, when the pressure was on. And for a new head coach to come in and focus a team like this, my hat's off to him.
Six, man, I'm just so happy it was us, and not some of those *other* teams in the hunt. I've been following the Steelers since I was a toddler, even though I never lived in the area.
well he was also hampered by the appendicitis but I agree, I think they let him come back too soon after the cycle accident and the appendicitis.
He's definately a winner though.
Yeah, I said " the wreck and the other surgery " coz it was late and I didn't feel like trying to spell appendicitis...lol but I'm sure the wreck going into the other surgery didn't help, if nothing else just the atrophy of resting leading up to the other surgery, so the overall atrophy between the two incidents, but sure, the appendicitis was the more recent incident, and prob took more of a toll on the core power center and ability to move, react, and overall strength...
Anyway, glad he didn't stay down, and fought back, and that he, the team and the coach were able to come together. I say that because how many times do we see other teams with talented people involved let things separate them and get in the way, it's a special thing to get a team together, and make a superbowl win happen.
