Wouldn't you think that when he starts shooting it is just a wee bit late?. If you are not able to use your firearm effectively or are unwilling to use it why have it? Even at home.

I'm not so sure about this case, but with the "Castle Law" here in Texas, If you're defending yourself, you are immune from prosecution from the family of the "perp"

You were not there and your life was not in danger! What you want to do is let the bad guy walk out, shoot and maybe kill someone else but not in front of you. Do you believe in taking guns away from good people that want to protect themselves?

I'd a capped him in a second. Who knew who he was going to shoot when he left. I'm friggin' happy he's dead, as he should be. I didn't read any place in that article that it was a busy store. Still if you got the room to shoot and no one is in the way, and youve practiced shooting, fire away my boy. One well placed shot it better than a spraying of shots.
