Last year I did`nt put many miles on my scoot cause it rained - this year the heat in the east is killing me - even at speed on the freeway it`s brutal - I find I`m using the car more cause of the air.
Yeah, well, most cagers I know believe that the wind will somewhat "cool you off" while riding a motorcycle. What they don't get is that when you ride in over 100 degrees, then the air that hits you is also 100 degrees. How that's supposed to cool you down is beyond me. I didn't ride much last week either.
Why not ride in the rain? Do it a few times and it won't bother you that much, you may actually learn to enjoy it.
As far as heat, drink plenty of fluids, wear light colored clothing and sun screen. Yes at 100 degrees the wind will still cool you down.
But to answer your question, you are not the only ***** here.
