When we got married I bought the Ultra so she could ride with me. Then a couple of years later, I bought the Dyna and told her it was for when she wasnt with me because it saved gas (yes she bought in to it) and last year WE bought a Fat Boy for her if she wanted to ride and also bought a Wide Glide for the daughter if she wanted to ride. May not work for you but it did for me. Oh yeah, she now rides the Fat Boy.

Keep her well serviced. Seriously. Make sure she is the best serviced lady of every woman she knows. She will become like putty in your hands and you should then be able to get that 2nd bike, or whatever you want. Secret to a good successful marriage LOL.

Situations like this one is exactly why I have always said it is far cheaper and less aggravating to rent rather than own... a woman that is.... not a second bike!

I told my wife I wanted a '07 screamin' eagle springer, she said you already have a bike, why do you need another one? I said, in case it breaks down I'll have a back up.

Start with a motor, then add parts.

I'd suggest a panhead.
