You can't walk into a culture based on theorectical suppositions with guns drawn and expect anything but a self fulfilled prophecy of the outcome.
The prosecution numbers don't add up to the reasonable mind- and when that fact is called up it's met with ridicule.
It's not about winning a position on who's baddest, it's about the individual right to be innocent until proven guilty by a court and trial of your peers, not a REMF teaching fresh LEO minds with an agenda without rational evidence on day one to prepare them for the streets using illegal and dangerous law to reinforce the lies.
I'm an American first, everything else is just details.
The next thing I expect is R.I.C.O. being used against the people that buy Sonny's books.

My girls kid got into a fight at school. The this was the teachers approach. I just about pissed myself laughing.
My girls kid was in the wrong. Seems he's acting out because his Dad and mom split.

Finished the first book, finally. Took a while, been busy with other things. Anyway, it was ok at best. Hunter S Thompson needed to learn to stay on point. He would drift off onto tangents so often it was hard to keep up.
Next, only read the intro of Barger's book so far. What a cocky, self absorbed person. 3 times during his intro he makes it clear to the reader that he sets the situation straight when someone presumes to wear a patch of which he doesn't approve. He proceeds to rectify the situation by removing (forcibly stealing) it from its rightful owner I'm not sure how he's survived as long as he has. Can tell this should be an exciting read about middle school playground bullys gone wild.

Regardless of your feelin's, admire Sonny or dispise Sonny, give gredit where it's due. He sat in the top chair of a group of violent men for over 50 years. Most hard corp dictators can't stay in power for that length of time. He faced threats from inside, from the police, and from other clubs. He left when he felt it was time, his crew gave him loyality and Sonny gave it his best....WTF ????

Actually you have it backward. Most of the priests are bad. They were either participants in the child molestations or had a hand in covering up and making excuses. That's the textbook definition of a conspiracy. I am not putting down the religion or beliefs. I am condeming a system that willingly invites and covers up such atrocities. Now if you are saying that the 1% clubs do the same, so be it. But I doubt that was your intention.

Street Justice is another good read. Chuck Zito, pres. of the new york chptr, 81. Sonny is who he is. You can't defend a wolfs actions to a flock of sheep. It's not good or bad in the big picture, just social fringe. We need bad asses. They fight our wars, uphold our laws, protect the weak. Sometimes they're just in it for their own gain, and if they go to far, they're outlaws. The delusion of self righteousness is blinding.

So.....where is your proof for all of this crap? You sir, are the pinnacle of ignorance. I'm not catholic, and I'm not in any way supportive of the abuse that goes on, but you're spewing crap with nothing behind it. How can you say most priests had/have a hand in abusing children unless you know and have observed most priests? If you want to criticize something, that's fine, go ahead and share your opinion freely, but at least be intelligent about it. Since when does the Catholic Church invite child predators? If someone abuses a drug or medication and can find a way to get it from a doctor (seemingly legitimately), they'll do it. It doesn't mean the doctor's out there advertising the opportunity for whoever want to feed a habit.
If you think these are acceptable numbers, good for you. As I said, I would more entrust a 1%er with the care of my children than a priest.

Only within the United States there have been well over 10,000 cases of abuse by priests. This only includes those willing to report the abuse. The actual numbers are likely grossly underestimated and multiple of that. This is not a global number. This does not include the cover ups that have occured. (these numbers are a decade old and have increased substantially since)
