Help with removing pitting

Can anyone help me with the name of the part? I am just going to replace it but I am having a helluva time finding it.

It appears to be the fender support
59950-89 for the left one and
59951-89 for the right one.
Item 28 HERE

I haven't got the patients for that. If it bothered me I'd put the 40 grit sanding disk on the angle grinder and polish it up.

Then if you want you can apply a clear coat over the part or leave it uncoated keeping in mind that you will need to "touch it up" once in a while
