Caution with cruiser performance (problems)

Hello, I wanted to change my handlebar for my m109r, I found this site:

I bought a handlebar for my M109r in 26 November. I confirmed all information about the handlbear for my bike, when I paid with paypal 311$ with shipping cost. Well, when I paid, they sent me an email and they said me: "Your handlebars will ship out on Wednesday"

Today is 17 February and I continue waiting my handlebar. I changed many emails with cruiser performance (11 emails), and they only response with problems. Problems with the chrome, holidays, chrome again, accidents, etc etc

The last email from them, it´s from 23 January. Later, I sent various emails to refund me the money or ship me the handlebar, but Cruiser Performance don´t response and they don´t send any email.

Also, I sent a message with facebook, Cruiser Performance have got site in FK, but I don´t have any response from Cruiser performance. His site:

I talked with paypal, but paypal can´t help me because they only can help when the transaction is inside 45 days.

I just read on a motorcycle forum you take peoples money via PayPal and then do not deliver. This one person lives in Spain and claims you refuse to correspond. Also claims a friend of his had the same problem.

So because you were patient with the vendor, Paypal says you're screwed?. Guess I'll have to remember that next time I think about using it. I use a credit card whenever possible.
