Running with a mini van
We were on a 10th yr memorial ride for a friend and got to the final stop where their was to be food. I dropped the wife off and decided to take the bike home and get 4 wheels as lots of old friends and didn't know how long we might stay. Good thing as it was 2am when we finally left. On they way home to get the car I was going to push it a little as I wanted to get back to the party. I was following a car and couldn't get around him as cars were coming and thought the 4 lane highway is coming up and I'll make short work of him there. As we approached I saw a red mini van go by in the left lane as we pulled out. I quickly passed the car in front of me run it up to about 95 then backed off to slow a little as I caught the mini van still in the left lane I realized he was doing 80 and thought great I'll ride back here in the right lane and if a patrol is coming he'll get him as they won't be able to see me. about then the van starts speeding up I thought cool lets go 100 then my last 5mile we were at 115mph I didn't think they would go that fast. Never thought I would have fun traveling with a mini van.
