IT'S STILL HERE!
Got evacuated yesterday because of fires going on out here in California. Left a 2017 Corvette Z06 and both my bikes in the garage. When the cops say LEAVE NOW, you don't even think about those sort of things. Grabbed my woman, dog and jumped in the only vehicle I don't hold title to because it was heading in the direction we were going, my girl friends Equinox and left. Came back today and everything is fine. A lot of my family and friends were not so lucky :-(
I learned a hard lesson yesterday, those things really don't mean ****.
Enjoy what you have, man, it could be gone in a matter of moments....

You know, before yesterday, I would have thought the same stupid ****. But when you see a wall of fire coming over the hill and the cops are screaming for you to leave, really?

I would, really.
With the selection of vehicles to choose from:
1. Choose the vehicle capable of evacuating everyone who needs evacuating.
2. Of the vehicles which meet that criteria, which is worth the most money?
3. Get in it and haul ***.
It's less than a 3 second mental calculation.
Unless, of course, you don't like the Vette, still owe a lot on it, and don't mind taking an insurance payout to get out of it.
That Vette is worth what, almost double the Equinox?

Your comment cracks me up, I was picturing getting everything my girl friend and I were able to grab and at the same time, figure out how to squeeze Bo, my 150lb Bernese Mountain dog into that Vette, that would be hilarious, just as we were dying in the fire lol.....This all happened at four in the morning and I was barely able to put on my ****ing shoes........
