Just as a note about the security for the poles. These will not damage the paint and you can put them through the tour pac brackets. They are actually inexpensive from Harley. They are tie down straps. I used these when I had a PVC holder

I am looking for a luggage rack flag mount similar to this. I know Rivco use to have them (PF500) but no longer carry. Any suggestions other than fabricating it myself?
Doesn't Rivco still carry the tubes ? Not much to make the plate, or have it done..
You can also use a stainless steel fishing pole holder that would clamp to the rack. You can find those on Amazon, You can get them in bottom mount or side mount. Replace the screws with stainless if they are a bit short.
