2013 street glide front head is ticking. Changed lifters, installed adjustable pushrods and added rocker lockers for good measure but the noise was still there. Readjusted the pushrods and the ticking continues. Any ideas on what it could be?

 

Check for exhaust leak, look where the exhaust connects to the head under the flange and see if there is any discoloration.

What other modifications have been done? Cams, etc.

 

Is the noise constant or does it change with engine speed or other variables?
BTW, you do not own a Street 500 or 750, so you probably would see more responses in the cruiser section.
