Apes on CVO Ultra?????

I rescind my last post. Guy from Vindikta emailed me this morning and it went into junk folder. He says they’ll work fine as you guys have stated. Now Im waiting on a price for the Vindikta 12 inch bars

I wont spend a dime at the HD service department.. Way to overpriced. Anything can be found and bought on the web these days. Save yourself a lot of $$ and order online and get a service manual. If you don't feel comfortable with the project in front of you then find a reputable indy. just my opinion

looks like Im going with the Vindikta bars. I got a response from Yaffe, here it is “N OUR EXPERIENCE THE HYDRAULIC MASTER CYLINDER BINDS ON THE 1 1/4" SECTION
OF THE BAR ON CVO (EXCEPT 2014 MODELS) I HEAR SOME PEOPLE DON’T HAVE THE
ISSUE, THAT IS HARD TO EXPLAIN. IT COULD BE THEY DON’T NOTICE THE
MISALIGNMENT OF THE CONTROLS OR THE WAY THEY ARE ADJUSTED.. THEY MAY FIT IF
THE LEVER IS POINTING AWKWARDLY UPWARD IN SOME INSTANCES. THEY DO WORK WITH
HD HEATED GRIPS. IF YOU CALL BRIAN @ HILL COUNTRY CUSTOMS IN TEXAS
512.264.7333 EXT 8 (TELL HIM BRADY SENT YA). HE BUYS BARS FROM ME AND
PREWIRES THEM WITH CONTROLS. HE HAS A MASTER CYLINDER THAT WORKS WITH MY
BARS.

Like Others have already mentioned, 9 hours labor is in line.
Although not a Ultra, it took every bit of 7 hours to replace my bars, run the wires and hook up some Heat Demons heated grips.
Lucky for me, we didn't have too extend both brake/clutch hydraulic cables!
One thing for sure, regardless if the bike is a standard or CVO model. The bike is just the down payment!

yea, now that I have a concrete answer, I can move forward. I just have to find out exactly what else I need. I want the best looking, performing stainless lines I can get. Also, about the wiring extensions, do they just have wiring on hand to add in or is there a extension kit?

Chances are, our dealers most likely don't have everything in stock. However, they may have it at a sister dealer and can get it the same or next day. Sometimes they even play nice with each other. Dealers with other dealers.
You could also check Eastern Performance Cycles. Great CS, prices, free shipping and about 2 day turn around time for us.
