16 wheel balancing weights?

It's a good idea to balance the wheel alone first. The valve stem is not always the heavy spot....if that is the case and you add to that the dot on the tire being off a little, you will have a balance problem that will require more weight than usual, or the re-positioning of the tire, to correct.

Thanks guys. And yes, the yellow dot is lined up. I never noticed that before.
Wheel is back on now. Shiny black and no weights. I ordered some ride-on and will see if it keeps things balanced.
