I just called them up. They got me close even though I have no V&H products installed. Once I auto tuned it, it really came around and purs like a cat now. Runs great.

You can put off autotuning if you want, but if you want it to run right, autotune it. Pick a canned map similar to your setup and let it do all the work.

Lets see how long it takes them to respond to a customer that bought their product. I'm curious.

I ended up runnin the base map for powerduals/HO slips/standard baffle. The low end problem is gone. She gets up and moves now. I will do the autotune as soon as I see some riding time more than 10 minutes coming up.

I'm assuming I just zip-tie the unit on the bike and let it stay on in autotune for each ride? Not sure what I do each time I crank the bike up to ride?

AutoTune for two tanks or more. Go out away from everything and go through entire throttle position in every gear, until you get to high gears where it's no longer safe. Then ride your normal riding for the rest of your tune session. When you look at the map before you set the new tune, it should look like a football of green squares. You're going to be really happy with what your bike does. The only complaints are the guys not getting paid to tube your bike for you. I did two tunes. The second as I described. No complaints

I understand how to run the tables but what I'm not certain on is what to do when I turn the bike on and off. I don't ride far or long at a time so a tank full of fuel might take many trips. I've had the bike 2-3 weeks and it's got 70 miles on it, 35 was from coming home from the dealer... still got 90 miles left on the 1st tank.

I have dresser duals and 4"rineharts. I loaded the map for Dresser duals and High output slipons. It runs good but even after a few autotune sessions it still wants to pop when I pull out sometimes and during deceleration. I think I am going to load the map for DD's and Monster rounds. can't imagine it would be much different but it is a fresh starting point...I will also be curious to see if they get back to me too..

I would set aside half a day to auto tune it. Take her out for a few hours and put a couple hundred miles on her.

I leave mine under the seat...I used some stick on Velcro to attach it so it doesn't move around. You can take it off if you like once you have flashed the tune. But if you auto-tune or prefer to check out your real time parameters (like I do) then just leave it plugged in. Turning the bike on or off with it plugged in doesn't affect anything, in accordance with what the instruction manual states.

I haven't put a couple hundred miles on a bike in 1 day all my life...

I don't care how long it takes, I just want to know what to do each time I crank and restart. If my phone is to be connected bluetooth the entire time or just let the unit stay in autotune on the bike?
