The reason I ask is I should be able to chop up an Electra Glide. Cut the neck and install a sinister roadglide fairing. Stretched bags fender ect. Should all bolt up then. Thanks for all the responses.

It is my humble belief that a nerve has been struck.
I do not posses the necessary attributes to take on the challenge of cutting and re-welding a neck. Yes, I can cut. Yes, I can weld. But I would not do it on something that my life relies on.
Having said that, I do know what frames are what...
