Resetting odometer on used speedometer?
The newer models of speedo's from the P&A catalog will come stating 0 miles. there's a short cable for you to hook it up to the ecm 1 time and it will pull the mileage. you then have 31 miles before the speedo is married to the bike and unchangeable. I did it on my FatBob last year and have read on here that's how it is with the CVO style gauges they now offer.

I don't know about resetting the mileage with a used one but I installed this on my bike and it was easy to install with my mileage, it has a bunch more features than the stock one. I sold my old one on ebay for 100 bucks. hey Christmas is coming, ask Santa.
