I hear you on the colors. I looked extensively at all the new bikes that were out there and nothing jmped out at me, not even something that I could learn to love and make it mine. A new cvo was out since it cost more than my wifes Lexus and she let me know that lol.
So when I saw this 12 Cvo custom I knew the color and its options worked for me.
Everytime I look at the color appears different and almost everyone that walks by it comments on the color. I think I picked a winner
well i am almost certain now that i will be buying a CVO in 2012 or 13, i agree w/ you guys the colors are great, but the problem is im not sure which is best. started out going skunk, then fell in love with the blue, then the dealer sent me pix of the brown and its really got my eye now and want to see it in person. its so diff that anything ive had. came across a great deal on the gold (dont know actual color name) online and its pretty sharp too. so now im lost lol.
i have spent so much money and time on biulding numerous bikes over the years and tallying up all my reciepts for insurance im about $17k into this last RG, it would be nice to have a bike already done with only minimal thing left to do. a CVO for me would be apes, audio upgrade, stage one and dyno if not already done, and either 23 or 26 up front and i would be happy. i think in long run i would save alot of money and time starting with this platform
The 2013 Anniversary CVO will be hard to beat. That brown is absolutely gorgeous. After that the skunk would be my 2nd choice. I don't think you'd go wrong with any of them.
Another vote for skunk. Don't see many white and black color combos as killer as that! The brown and blue are also very nice but have to be in sun to appreciate.
What I did to decide on a color to make sure it was a inner most feeling on the color not all the hype or a fad color is think out 5 years will the color be passe or still somehing you will continue to enjoy. And how many do you think will be out on the street, myself I wanted something different and dont want to see a dozen of the same color on any big event somewhere
I've got one exactly like yours ! What a beautiful ride, 110 motor, inner fairing painted, custom paint, special wheels, and list goes on ! You could build one for 50K.
