sometimes you can get a better price with financing as the dealer makes some money on that as well. i would just go for the best price, let them finance, and then pay it off on your first payment (if you've got the cash)

this could be very true, i have not mentioned payment type, so i will see what they say before exposing either way.
if i fianance i will make payment for 6 months then pay off not sure if that realy does help but it was a tip my my CPA Sis-in-law long time ago . so i try to do that
Tell the dealer the same thing they tell us about add ons when trading in. They only give you 7% of retail of those extras. Meaning that TP and Stage IV should only be worth about $500 extra on the bike,,,, not $5,000.

Yea no joke, that's basically what I told them. I know they didn't pay for them I don't plan on it either (reality I know I will) but not full retail.
