I have always had good results from Watm & Safe. Never had one of their controllers fail and used thier gear for years. I also like the fact that they have an upgrade program, it save me a little when I need to replace gear.
Smart fix. Make same wary thoguh, especially since they did not return your request for contact. I lived in Seattle and used to go down the Oak Harbor straight to gerbering (makes them for Harley).
Do you have a pulse thermostat with those or is it digital. or just an on/off?
Andwye,
No pulse unit, The controller is built into the glove. A button the top lets you select "hi", "med" and "low"

I thought the design was novel, each item has a controller built in, so no extrenal controller is needed. but it seems to be the flaw if the voltage cant run over 13.8 and a harley charging system is 14.4+

Another Kudo for Warm & Safe products....over ten years and no issues.

Interesting. Saves money on a separate controller, although in my experience, I have the gloves cranked usually.
