Question IronCross Audio

How good are they? I need my radio repaired...they seem to be the only ones doing the repair...with as many Bad radios out there it would seem there would be more competition...are they worth the money? $250.00 to repair...

I only hear good things...but have not used them myself.

many 06+ radio problems are solved by hitting the default soft key ( #1) in diagnostic mode- this does a reset.

Have had the pleasure of working with them in connection with a heat sink problem on my 07 Street Glide. Great people, easy to work with and very quick on the return. Cant say enough good things about them. When you speak with them make sure that you explore all the modifications they can do with the radio. You may be interested. Good luck.

I've heard only good things. Friends have used them. Dealers use them. All former HK techs and they know the product better than they know themselves. They've figured out every possible fix and upgrade there is. Read their website carefully. You won't be disappointed.

They can't seem to do anything to get the CD to work on mine, told me that's the way it is. They fixed the rest but can't help with CD. Sad if you ask me.

I like the HK radio since I use the CB when I ride with friends. My radio broke and I dropped it off at Iron Cross for repairs. Picked it up a couple of days later and it was repaired. Also had them do the backlight conversion. With the white backlight, the radio is much easier to read at night. I'm satisified with the work that was done.

Recently used them to add a rear audio port and Bluetooth to my 2012 radio. Great service, on schedule as they indicated. They returned the radio in a custom box and packaging. I give them 5 stars out of 5.

Or look in the classifieds people sell them all the time. But from what I hear Iron Cross is a great place.

I've heard nothing but good about the work they do but for the price they charge you can get a better quality aftermarket head unit.
